How did your company innovate and adapt in 2020, in response to the year’s many challenges?
Certainly, 2020 tested the resilience and agility of our organization. Our safety protocols expanded to include MERV 13 air filtration, UV lighting on A/C units, partitions between booths and tables, PPE for staff, and extensive health and safety training. Outdoor dining, curbside pick-up, and a new online Fresh Fish Market and Take-Out ordering system highlight the innovations made in response to a rapidly changing dining environment.
