The secret to its success?

Among other things, the menu must be as fresh as the seafood. That's why The Sole adjusts its menu to make room for seasonal dishes, such as Nantucket Scallops, striped bass and special swordfish dishes in late summer and fall.

The Sole combines classic lobster dishes and other favorites, like Tuna Steak Barcelona, Seafood Sauté, Salmon Fillet and Jumbo Shrimp with Hoisin Wasabi Drizzle, and Seafood Alfredo.

But it also offers Swordfish Au Poivre, a swordfish steak with a crushed black peppercorn crust and Mako with sun-dried tomatoes, basil & feta cheese.

We also offer an award-winning wine list. We believe that wine is an important part of the dining experience, so our wine pricing philosophy is to price our wine based on a set mark-up, rather than a percentage of our cost. As a result, our finest wines are more affordable.
